JHS backs local music scholarships

UK distributor JHS has teamed up with its local music services hub and dealer Promenade Music to hand out scholarships to local schoolchildren.

Wigan Music Services, part of the Greater Manchester Music Education Hub, has joined with Morecambe dealer Promenade Music and JHS to present three young musicians (pictured) with Odyssey Brasswind Scholarships, providing free lessons and the free use of Odyssey Brasswind musical instruments (distributed by JHS) for a full year.

This year’s presentation was once again held at St Stephens Primary School in Astley, Manchester.
