Trade Regrets: Morty Manus

Morty Manus of Alfred Music passed away on Saturday, January 9, after a brief battle with cancer.

Morty and his wife Iris guided Alfred Music Publishing for over half a century, until their sons took over the business. During his time at the helm, his method books influenced and impacted many and under Morty’s direction Alfred Music became one of the giants of the publishing industry. Morty Manus was respected industry-wide and will be missed greatly.
