Vandoren Adds McAllister to Artist Roster

Vandoren has welcomed saxophone virtuoso Timothy McAllister to the Vandoren artist roster. 

McAllister is regarded as one of today’s premier soloists and in-demand orchestral saxophonists. McAllister’s accomplishments range from being a member of the renowned PRISM Quartet and touring the United States and the world with both the Los Angeles Philharmonic and Chicago Symphony Orchestra, among many others. He is also credited with dozens of recordings and over 150 premieres of new compositions from budding composers worldwide.

McAllister is an Associate Professor of Saxophone at the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre and Dance. Prior to working at the University of Michigan, he held the same position at Northwestern University. McAllister holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from The University of Michigan.
