NAMM welcomes its global retail members to be recognized for their contributions to retail excellence as part of the annual Top 100 Dealer Awards.
Now in its seventh year and held during the Summer NAMM Show (July 13-15, 2017) in Nashville, the awards honor music products retailers who have demonstrated a commitment to best-practices, creativity and innovation in music products retailing.
Current NAMM retail members are welcomed to apply now for a position on the Top 100 Dealers. Each submission will be evaluated for effectiveness in marketing, customer engagement, and innovation in retail by a panel of independent judges. The panel will also make a selection for several “Best of” category winners, including “Best Store Turnaround,” “Best Customer Service,” “Best Store Design,” “Best Marketing and Sales Promotion,” “Best Online Engagement,” “Best Emerging Dealer,” the “Music Makes a Difference,” award and the coveted, “Dealer of the Year” award. By entering, retailers are automatically considered for the “Best Of” categories as well as for “Dealer of the Year.”
“One of the most inspiring aspects of the Summer NAMM Show is to hear the stories from our retailer members as they navigate the fundamental changes occurring in business today,” said Joe Lamond, NAMM President and CEO. “If its inspiration and opportunity you seek, look no further than your fellow NAMM members as we celebrate retail excellence with this year’s Top 100.”
Music retailers interested in the Top 100 recognition are welcomed to submit their entry for the Top 100 Dealers awards here. The submission period will close on Saturday, March 31.
The list of Top 100 Dealer nominees will be announced in May, with the “Best of” and “Dealer of the Year” awards to be announced during the Top 100 Dealer Awards gala on Friday, July 14 at the Summer NAMM Show.
The 2017 Summer NAMM Show returns to Nashville’s Music City Center July 13-15, and will bring together thousands of buyers, exhibitors and music industry professionals to preview the latest music products, gain valuable insights through a robust professional development program and network with peers. Registration for Summer NAMM opens March 29 at NAMM.org
