After six years of proving to be an integral part of Korg USA’s sales team, Inside Sales Rep, John Passarelli, was recently promoted to Canadian sales manager.
John’s new role will consist of driving the goals and plans of the five current sales reps, working as a gateway for both Canadian and U.S. offices, as well as working more closely with Korg USA’s Marketing, IT and key Product Managers. In addition to the new role, Passarelli will continue working Inside Sales for the U.S. dealing directly with independent dealers in Northern U.S. Territories and achieving sales goals for all Korg USA brands.
“Since Korg USA’s expansion into Canada in 2014, John has been a huge asset in the process of gathering and delivering information to the Canadian Sales Team and has been instrumental in achieving business as well as building dealer relationships in these territories,” states Matt Phillips, Key Accounts and Inside Sales Manager at Korg USA. “We’re excited to see John take this role on and continue to grow sales in Canada,” he concludes.
Brands within the Korg USA Inc.’ Canadian channel currently consist of Blackstar, LAG Guitars, Sakae Drums, Dean Markley, HK Audio and most recently, Tanglewood and Crush Drums.
