Marshall USA currently has openings for four regional business managers throughout the U.S. Responsibilities will include driving growth in independent and key accounts, enhancing profitability and developing relationships with dealers in the assigned sales territory for the Marshall USA brands that include Marshall Amplification, Eden Amplification and Natal Drums. Additional tasks may include assisting with artist relations, market research, merchandising and special events. This position will report directly to both the MUSA general manager and the MUSA VP of Sales.
Primary Responsibilities
· Achieve budgeted sales volumes with the independent dealer base
· Work with national and regional chains to create a strong partnership
· Help the company maintain pricing throughout the territory
· Report to the company on product and consumer trends
· Develop effective sales presentations
· Work with the credit department
Minimum Qualifications
• 7 to 10 years of sales experience within the MI channel with a proven track record of managing a variety of national and/or
regional accounts
• Master/Bachelor Degree in Music, Marketing & Sales, Business Administration or Master in Business Administration (MBA)
• Established on-going relationships with national and/or regional accounts
• Organizational and planning skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to take hands-on approach and work independently
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft application (e.g. PowerPoint & Excel)
• Ability to travel an estimated 50% each month
