JamHub Explores Opportunities for JamHub Studio and Tracker MT16 Product Lines

MMR • Supplier Scene • September 18, 2015

JamHub Corp. announced its decision to examine strategic options for its globally recognized JamHub® “silent rehearsal”™ studio and the Tracker MT16™ Wi-Fi enabled multi-track recorder product lines.

The company plans to explore new partnerships, mergers or a potential sale of this business division.
“When we started JamHub almost six years ago, we started something really big for musicians who wanted to play together anytime, anywhere they wanted,” said Steve Skillings, CEO and co-founder of JamHub Corp. “In doing so, we created a new product category — the “silent rehearsal”™ concept is synonymous with “JamHub” — and now we are looking at all available options to help us take our products and business to the next level.”
COO and co-founder Veronica Pierni commented, “There are very compelling growth trends in various market segments JamHub is targeting, especially in private and public music education. JamHub studios connected to tablet computers are having a real impact on music classes taught around the world. We are truly excited about this next phase in the growth cycle of JamHub.”
JamHub will continue to build, market and support all of its current product lines and continues to work on new product enhancements that build on their patented products.
JamHub Corporation also maintains a minority interest in the innovative cloud-based music collaboration platform, BandLab™.
