TMP‐Pro, a division of The Music People, has announced that it will exhibit in booth 4659 in Hall C during the 2016 NAMM Show.
This marks the first time that TMP‐Pro has had its own booth separate of The Music People. Being in Hall C, rather than audio‐focused Hall A, TMP‐Pro aims to accommodate MI retailers that are shopping guitar and drum brands.
“TMP‐Pro has decided to exhibit in Hall C to introduce ourselves to MI combo stores,” said Tom Tedesco, TMP’s VP of Sales. “Every music store has had missed opportunities in pro audio, lighting, video rentals and installs. Churches and restaurants in their local neighborhoods approach these stores, and they are profitable opportunities that shouldn’t be passed up. TMP‐Pro can help service these existing or new customers that are looking to upgrade and/or design systems. Let TMP‐Pro be your 6th man.”
Tedesco advocates that all MI retailers should have three major income streams: MI retail; lessons, B&O rentals, and repairs; and installs and A/V rentals.
“It takes the pressure off the retail sales when revenue slows,” Tedesco said. “Our message will be clear to store owners who have thought about venturing into this vertical. TMP‐Pro can design, supply, and educate stores looking to start this process.”
