St. Louis Music Supports Make Music Day

Christian Wissmuller • Supplier Scene • May 10, 2017

St. Louis Music has announced that they will be participating in Make Music Day 2017, a worldwide celebration of music that takes place on the summer solstice.

The event, which originally started in France in 1982, is now celebrated in 120 countries across the globe. In the United States, Make Music Day is presented by the NAMM Foundation.

“The Make Music Day worldwide festival is such a wonderful event,” says Mark Ragin, president and CEO of St. Louis Music. “Any initiative to bring music to every street corner and venue in hundreds of cities across the world, we’re thrilled to support and help spread the word.”

St. Louis Music encourages dealers and friends to visit www.makemusicday.org/media/ to learn how to get involved, and read about how they can create their own Make Music Day event.
