As part of Neutrik USA’s 30th anniversary activities during the recent Winter NAMM show, the company encouraged its customers to stop by, strike a pose, and share their photos with #iuseNeutrik on social media.
In return, Neutrik gave participants a T shirt bearing the Neutrik logo and entered each participant into a drawing with a chance to win XLR mic and ¼-inch instrument cables assembled by RHC. Additionally, one lucky winner would ultimately receive a Gibson Les Paul Studio guitar—and that was Suzanne Lunn of Mission Viejo, California.
“To say I was surprised is an understatement,” said Lunn. “Like so many others in our industry, I rely on cables with Neutrik connectors to ensure my equipment works as it should and, as a result, I’m definitely a fan of the brand. Never in a million years, however, did I expect to win this beautiful guitar that I held in the photo. I was stunned—and thrilled! I can’t begin to convey my appreciation to everyone at Neutrik for this incredible guitar.”
Peter Milbery, president of Neutrik USA, commented on the outcome of the contest.
“As it turns out, the amount of traffic this contest generated was phenomenal,” he noted. “We had non-stop traffic at our booth throughout the show. We met scores of enthusiastic Neutrik customers and had a great time collecting all the images. Congratulations Suzanne for being the Grand Prize winner. The entire Neutrik team is happy for you. Thank you for being a valued Neutrik customer and best wishes going forward.”
