Announced on the Queen’s birthday, April 21, Denis Wick Products was awarded for the company’s achievements in the export market. Over 80 percent of the company’s production is sold overseas.

NAMM Members Celebrate National Music Day

Carlsbad, CA, (June 24, 2013)— NAMM members and musicians of all abilities tuned-up their instruments to welcome the Summer Solstice in a daylong, musical free-for-all in observance of the first-ever National Music Day, June 21. Hayden Amps Hit the Road with Everclear

American rock band Everclear, who had hits in the 90's with songs like "Santa Monica", "Everything to Everyone", and "Wonderful", is headlining the 2013 Summerland Tour and frontman Art Alexakis is playing Hayden Amps.

Alexakis is employing a Hayden Classic Lead 80W head and 412 cab to get his signature west-coast alternative guitar sound, which anchored the band's eight albums including Sparkle and Fade (1995) and So Much for the Afterglow (1997), and earned Everclear both a Grammy nomination and Billboard Music award in 1998.

Samson To Transfer Zoom Distribution

S&P Lowers GC’s Credit Rating

According to Reuters, Standard & Poor’s cut its debt rating on Bain Capital-owned Guitar Center Holdings Inc. late last month, from ‘B-‘ to ‘CCC+’ due to “weak operating trends.”

“Although we anticipate the company (will) obtain the amendment to its financial covenants, we believe its capital structure is unsustainable in the long term and the company is dependent upon favorable business, financial, and economic conditions to meet its financial commitments,” S&P credit analyst Mariola Borysiak said in a recent note to clients.
