More new UK retail

Amid the closure of some long-established music stores in the UK, there are still new stores opening.

Sleepy Midsomer Norton in Somerset has a new store in the form of All Instruments, which already incorporates tuition in the form of TMW Music School and is looking to expand to provide other services. 

Store manager Jessica Dayman-Johns told her local Somerset Guardian: “We want to work with members of the local community to try and expand our outreach and make music more accessible for all. We’d like to start up orchestras and choirs, and offer a professional rehearsal space at our new store.”

The shop is a multi-product outlet selling pianos, guitars, keyboards, drums, ukuleles, woodwind and brass instruments and more.
