Barnes & Mullins has launched a new UK and Ireland-specific web portal for sourcing Peavey spare parts and for service enquiries – www.peaveyservice.co.uk
The site allows Peavey owners to source replacement speaker drivers, baskets and related parts directly. Approved Peavey Service and Repair centres can also use the site as a resource for their needs, paying a trade price for the products listed.
“A brand with such a long history of success requires ready availability of spare parts and servicing to maintain both retailer and consumer confidence.” explained Alex Mew, Barnes & Mullins’ marketing director. “So not only have Barnes & Mullins invested in two, full time, in-house service technicians to handle Peavey warranty repairs and enquiries, but we are also endeavouring to make the purchase of spare parts easier for the many Peavey Service Centres and Peavey owners around the UK and Ireland. We view this new website as another essential step in the creation of a solid, reliable servicing infrastructure upon which everyone can rely.”
Barnes & Mullins offer a full warranty repair service – via retailers – from its Shropshire headquarters, and for the service of non-warranty repairs, is actively setting up new Peavey Service Centres around the UK and Ireland. Application for Service Centre status can now be initiated online, as well as by contacting Mark Hedge, B&M’s Peavey product specialist.
Additionally, the new Peavey Service website offers a Service Centre Locator, retailer’s Warranty Repair forms, and essential warranty and repair FAQs. Further technical detail, servicing resources and a greater selection of spare parts will be added over time.
