Yamaha MOXF SeriesYamaha’s new MOXF Series models include the latest MOTIF XF sounds, effects, and the ability to add a flash board slot for further expandability options. The 88-key Graded Hammer Standard MOXF8 and 61-key semi-weighted action MOXF6 come with 741 MB Wave ROM, 3,977 waveforms and 128-note polyphony, with up to 1 GB of Flash board sample expansion. In addition to a 16-track Song and Pattern Sequencer with real time loop remix, MOXF Series synths come with built-in, four channel USB audio/MIDI interfacing and extensive DAW/VST controls.

Yamaha CP4 Stage PianoThe CP4 Stage 88-key features a selection of 45 voices from Yamaha’s Premium hand-crafted grand pianos, including the CFX, CFIIIS and S6, 47 vintage electric pianos with Virtual Circuit Modeling effects and a wide variety of 321sounds based on the flagship MOTIF synthesizer. The CP4 Stage’s slim and  lightweight design combines portability with style, with large lighted buttons for splits and layers.

The Kawai CS7 and CS4 models offer updated and enhanced digital features while retaining the ebony polished cabinetry for which the CS series is known. These finishes are rugged thanks to its use of polyester. The new XW-G1 synthesizer was created by design duo Dee & Ricky Jackson, known for their collaboration efforts on the Casio G-Shock collections. Only two units of the Limited Edition XW-G1 synthesizerwere created, which feature the designer duo’s unique Lego® block design and neon leopard print patterns.

The DGX-650, a Portable Grand digital piano, includes an upgraded piano sound and CD-quality audio recording and playback, as well as the ability to play chords with a single keystroke and interactive learning software. It includes a stand and a sustain footswitch. The DGX-650 uses PureCF sampling, which integrates the sounds from the nine-foot Yamaha CFIIIS Grand Piano. Yamaha’s Graded Hammer Standard means the lower keys are heavier and the higher keys become gradually lighter through the different registers.

The CS10’s cabinet is the same one used by the Kawai K2 Professional Upright Piano. Borrowing further from Kawai’s acoustic piano history, the CS10 employs the exclusive Soundboard Speaker System which uses a real wooden soundboard. For tone, the CS10 relies upon Kawai’s signature Harmonic Imaging XL with 88-note piano sampling. This technology accesses a large tonal database, while 88-note sampling preserves the original character of each of the piano’s individual keys.

The Kross keyboard is a mobile keyboard workstation with audio/MIDI recording capabilities, AC or battery operation (6xAA), and a wide selection of sounds, available with 61 keys or 88 fully-weighted keys. The piano, electric piano, and drum sounds have been taken from some of Korg’s flagship instruments. The sounds from Korg’s SG-1D Sampling Grand and M1 Music Workstation are also included, as well as an upright piano.
