Warwick Shares New ‘Making The Instrument’ Video

Christian Wissmuller • MMR GlobalSupplier Scene • September 6, 2019

The newest “Making The Instrument” video from Warwick presents a nine string Warwick Masterbuilt Corvette NT with Bubinga body, made in their custom shop in Markneukirchen, Germany.

This bass is one of the so-called “extended range instruments,” which were developed from the usual four string basses or six string guitars to extend the tonal range upwards or downwards. Among the best known “Extended Range Bassists” are Warwick artists Jeff Hughell (Six Feet Under) and Jeroen Paul Thesseling (Pestilence). Watch the full video here.
