Warwick Shares New ‘Making The Instrument’ Video

Christian Wissmuller • MMR GlobalSupplier Scene • July 5, 2019

Warwick’s newest “Making The Instrument” video shows the production of the Infinity NT with a Flamed Maple Top and Dual Colored Fretboard at the custom shop in Markneukirchen, Germany.

The contoured body of this unique Infinity NT consists of U.S. Swamp Ash, top and matching headstock of AAAA Flamed Maple. The neck is made of Flamed Maple, with three stripes of Ekanga. The neck is set-in according to the “Hidden Neck-Through”-principle. 24 extra hard Jumbo frets made of bronze were inserted into the fingerboard by IFT – Invisible Fretwork Technology and perfectly set up by Plek Fretwork. Further equipment details include: height-adjustable Just-A-Nut III brass nut, Yin Yang fingerboard inlays, Warwick machines with D-tuner, active MEC J/TJ pickups, and active Warwick 3-way electronics with Lithium battery that can be recharged like a mobile phone via USB.
