Hartke, an industry leader in bass amplification, announces the new TX7500 lightweight bass head at NAMM 2025. An expansion to Hartke’s lightweight and portable TX bass amplifier series, the TX7500 will be available in Q2 at major MI retailers for $679.99 MAP.

The Hartke TX7500 is designed for both gigging bassists and studio bass players alike. The metal chassis provides premium durability, while still remaining lightweight and portable with an integrated carry handle, making it perfect for the road. Its effects loop and XLR direct output options make it perfect for studio use as well.

Powerful Performance
The TX7500 is designed to run even the heaviest bass rigs. With both 1/4” and SpeakOn outputs, the amp can connect to any bass cabinet. The TX7500 provides 800 watts of power at 4 Ohms, giving you massive sound whether on stage, or in the studio. With built-in fan cooling, the TX7500 can run for as long as you need it to, never limiting your performance.

Built for the Road
The TX7500 is built for the realities of the traveling and gigging musician. The amp head is encased in an all-metal chassis built to withstand the hardships of the road, while remaining lightweight enough to avoid being cumbersome (coming in at just under 9 pounds). A built-in handle makes carrying the unit a breeze, and the large rubberized feet ensure that the TX7500 will remain exactly where it is atop even the most forceful of bass cabinets during loud shows.

Built for the Studio

The TX7500 is also built for studio use, with both effects and routing options to make it a powerhouse in your recording setup. Drive, Compressor, and Gain controls give you the standards for tone-shaping, while a graphic EQ, bass/treble shelves, and Brite/Shape toggles all allow you to dial in the exact sound you want. An effects loop with 1/4” send/return connections allows you to easily wire in external effects, and the XLR direct output with a ground lift toggle gives you a clean signal when needed.

  • 800-watt at 4 Ohms
