ADJ’s New Contest Offers Prizes For Creative Halloween Displays

With the Coronavirus pandemic disrupting live events and large social gatherings all over the world in 2020, ADJ aims  to spread cheer and evoke a creative spark in lighting designers with this Halloween contest. With outdoor events becoming more prevalent, such as pumpkin patch productions, drive-through haunted houses, and live music events, this is a great opportunity for lighting designers to share their creation and win ADJ Lighting prizes.

A contest entry could be a Halloween project created for a client, or an entry could simply use ADJ lighting, video, or effects equipment to decorate your own yard, front porch, or home for the holiday. ADJ will be selecting the first, second, and third winners based on how good the photos or videos look, as well as the creative use of ADJ products.

To enter, create a Halloween display or lightshow using one or more ADJ fixtures, post a video or photos to Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter, include the hashtag #ADJSpooktacular, and list the ADJ product(s) used as part of the post.

Once the contest has closed on Halloween (12 midnight Pacific time on October 31), the ADJ team will comb social media for every post that uses the#ADJSpooktacular hashtag and choose three winners based on the creative use of ADJ fixtures and the aesthetic appeal of the photos/video. They will then exclusively announce the winners via their social media channels on Wednesday, November 3. Three winners will be selected who will receive the following prizes: the ADJ Entour Ice for first place, the ADJ Entour Chill + Kool Fog for second place, and the ADJ Jolt 300 for third place.
