For the eighth year in a row, KnobCon has hosted its annual synthesizer convention; a celebrated weekend filled with live performances, educational music workshops and more. KORG and Waldorf collectively sponsored the special occasion, providing attendees with their line of high-quality and versatile synthesizers including KORG’s prologue, miniologue xd and their complete volca series. Waldorf provided their classic STVC and Streichfett models, as well as the ground-breaking Kyra; a re-imagined, super virtual analog machine inspired by the Valkyrie.
“Knobcon is where all the best minds in synthesis come together to share ideas, while still being an approachable place for amateurs looking to learn more. KORG and Waldorf alike have both been a continued partner for years and we’re thrilled to provide a wide range of gear for musicians of all skillsets. Attendees were floored at the design and capabilities of the Waldorf Kyra, as well as KORG’s minilogue xd, which was a first look for some. Seeing the excitement pour from this community of artists is amazing,” explains lead product specialist at KORG USA, Inc.
