Mumford & Sons drummer, Chris Maas, George ‘Spanky’ McCurdy and Emanuel Harrold are three of the latest artists to back the Protection Racket range.
Chris Maas from Mumford & Sons has headlined many of the world’s most famous and high profile rock festivals including Reading 2015 and Glastonbury 2013.
George ‘ Spanky’ McCurdy was runner up in Drum Magazine’s Drummie! 2015 Artist Awards in the Rock/ Pop Drummer and has been touring with Lady Gaga, Kayne, Diddy as well as collaborating with Justin Timberlake.
Emanuel Harrold supplies the minimalist drumming behind the Grammy Award winning album Liquid Spirit by the influential jazz artist Gregory Porter. Protection Racket is not responsible for Gregory’s headwear it should be noted.
Other new members of the Protection Racket family include: Sam Morris, Fickle Friends; Liam Jolly, Wolf Note; Nick Kilroe, Echo & The Bunnymen; Ash Weaver, God Damn; Mikey Sorbello, Graveltones; Jai Patel, Raven Age and Joe Napper, from Witterquick.
They join drummers like Will Champion (Coldplay), Matt Chamberlain (Adele) and Ben Thatcher (Royal Blood).
