Audio-Technica will unveil Allen & Heath’s brand-new Xone:PX5 DJ mixer at this month’s DJ and pro-audio show, BPM.
The event, at Birmingham’s Genting Arena from 11th-12th September, will be the first time the production version of the PX5 has been seen in public and will allow visitors to get hands-on with the new model.
Equipped with Allen & Heath’s Xone filter, 20 channel 96kHz/24-bit USB soundcard and the new Xone:Xcite effects suite, the PX5 is a 4+1 channel mixer designed for easy integration into digital DJ workflows. Compatible with Innofader Pro 2 crossfaders and featuring X:Link for connection to Allen & Heath’s Xone:K Series controllers, the PX5 is the next generation of the firm’s mixer line-up.
Audio-Technica will also be displaying a variety of Allen & Heath’s live-oriented digital mixing systems at the Pro event alongside BPM (stand PE17). The flagship dLive S7000 control surface will be among the highlights, with the new app-controllable Qu-SB and touchscreen-equipped Qu-Pac digital mixers and popular Qu-24 also on show.
An array of Audio-Technica’s newest product offerings; the recently-launched E70, E50 and E40 in-ear monitor and M Series headphones and the latest Artist and Artist Elite microphones will also be part of the Pro stand (FD09).
