Carlsbro has added a mains-free performance feature, to its electronic drum kits with new sound modules for the CSD 200 and CSD 130 e-kits featuring integrated USB rechargeable batteries.
The rechargeable lithium battery powered sound modules allow performers to choose and switch between normal mains powered operation or up to eight hours mains free performance.
Recharging of the batteries is via a standard micro USB port, allowing the sound module to be recharged via mobile phone, tablet or laptop wall-plug chargers, or a portable USB power-pack. These new sound modules introduce the possibility of complete mains free portability, using the kits along with a battery powered PA.
Another recent addition to the Carlsbro range of electronic kits is the “higher specification” CSD 310 which offers specifications, build and performance features designed to compete with market leaders like Roland, Alesis and Yamaha, while maintaining the series’ competitive pricing.
