Barnes & Mullins has unveiled updated packaging for its range of Hidersine Rosins.

The packaging overhaul to the brand’s Deluxe, Standard and Junior rosins stays true to Francis Hider’s original rosin recipes from the late 19th century, but offers a fresh visual twist that harks back to the original box designs of the mid-20th century.

Each range is now clearly distinguishable with the introduction of uniformly sized, colour coded boxes – violin in red and cello in blue. All circular rosins are mounted to a traditional microfibre cloth inside a strong, easy-open cardboard box, with the Junior range composed of 10 gram cakes presented in compact, easy-to-hold plastic sleeves, aimed at the younger player.

All Hidersine products can be viewed at www.hidersine.com and www.bandm.co.uk, with all Hidersine rosins available to order within the UK and Ireland direct from the Barnes and Mullins sales team, and internationally from Barnes & Mullins’ new export manager, Phil Harrop.

Prices are as follows – Hidesine Deluxe Rosin (Violin/Cello/Double Bass): RRP £5.65; Hidersine Rosin (Violin/Cello): RRP Large £5.40 / Medium £4.80 and Hidersine Junior Rosin (Violin/Cello): RRP £2.99.
