Nord keyboard artist Steve Turner, will be hosting a clinic at South and City College on 9th June in conjunction with PMT.
As well as exclusive product demos and tutorials, attendees will have the opportunity to get hands-on with Nord keyboards across the entire product range – including the flagship Nord Stage 2 EX Series, the new Electro 5 series and Nord Drum 2. The event will also feature the very first public appearance of the brand new Nord Piano 3.
In the early years, a love of electronic music led Steve Turner to writing and producing House music, joining the internationally acclaimed production team Uno Clio and remixing singles for many major artists including Luther Vandross, Michael Jackson and Mary J Blige.
His first tour which was with Louise Nerding (Eternal) and over the last ten years he’s toured with bands and artists including Sugababes, All Saints, Anastacia and Kylie Minogue. He also joined the band for the London leg of Jay-Z’s Kingdom Come tour accompanying special guest Beyoncé.
He’s also had some memorable live TV performances including The Tonight Show (Jay Leno), The Late Show (David Letterman), and Later with Jools Holland.
Recent events include world tours with Jeff Wayne’s The War Of The Worlds and Clannad. He was also in the house band for BBC’s The Voice UK and is currently scoring for film. Property Of The State is an Opix production directed by Kit Ryan, produced by Terrance Ryan and is debuting at this year’s Cannes Film Festival.
