Pearl River Piano Group has concluded an agreement with Loewen Piano House for the distribution of Pearl River, Ritmüller, and Kayserburg pianos throughout Canada.
“Loewen Piano House has a long history in the Canada and is perfectly positioned to represent our three most popular Pearl River piano lines,” said Li Jian Ning, Chairman of Guangzhou Pearl River Piano Group.
Established in 1956, Pearl River Piano Group has become the largest piano manufacturer in the world, producing over 150,000 pianos a year, with a global market share of over 30%.
Loewen Piano House was formed in 1936 when William Loewen began repairing and selling pianos in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. After the second world war, Loewen was the first piano distributor to introduce pianos from Japan and Korea to the Canadian marketplace, along with other world-known piano brands. Their state-of-the-art headquarters in Richmond, BC includes a 4,000 square foot Music Education Facility, a 6,000 square foot showroom and an 8,000 square foot professional performance hall.
