Faith Guitars has launched a new acoustic guitar range called the Nexus Series.
The range is the culmination of the British acoustic brand combining elements from its award-winning and most popular guitar ranges to create a new series of instruments aimed at players seeking a high quality instrument at an affordable price.
Initially available in two models – an OM Cutaway/Auditorium Venus and a larger baby-jumbo Neptune – the models feature solid Mahogany tops, back and sides. Taking characteristics from the Naked Series, Nexus guitars are simpler, instead relying on the tonewood’s natural variations, hand-applied Cognac or Copper-Black stains and a high gloss lacquer finish.
Additional features include Mahogany necks, Macassan figured Ebony fingerboards, bridges and pins and precision black machineheads. Each guitar is fitted with on-board Fishman electronics in the form of Isys+ systems on Venus models and discreet Sonitone soundhole systems on non-cutaway Neptune models – each combined with Fishman Sonicore undersaddle pickups.
The guitars retail for £619 with their Venus counterparts available in stores now for £649. Faith has also confirmed a left-handed Nexus Venus Copper Black model will be available in early 2018.
