2022 NASMD 60th Anniversary Convention and Hotel Registration is Open

Register online, or mail or fax your registration form today, and make plans to arrive in time to pick up your badge and packet beginning at 4 PM on Wednesday, March 30th. Then enjoy the opening night party (music, beverages and a generous buffet of hors d’oeuvres) from 6:30 to 9 PM. The convention ends with a festive closing party on Saturday night April 2nd, with entertainment, drinks and a generous buffet of hors d’oeuvres. Pack resort casual attire for the entire convention! Hotel meeting rooms and evenings can be chilly, so bring a jacket or sweater.

The regular convention rate is $259 plus tax per night, single or double occupancy. The discounted resort fee of $10 per day includes complimentary wi-fi in your sleeping room, a guided hike each morning, nightly tequila host, self-parking, and unlimited golf for 2 on the 9-hole walking Coyote course. Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Valet parking is $29.
The cut-off date for room reservations at the convention rate is March 7, 2022, subject to availability, so reserve early! After that date, rooms will be on an as-available basis at the hotel’s regular rate. 7 days advance notice required to cancel hotel reservations without charge.

You must be registered for the convention to participate in any convention events. The deadline to cancel NASMD convention registration and/or golf registration for a refund less a $25 processing fee per person is March 16, 2022.)
NASMD Business Registration Package:
$325 per person (U.S. funds) through March 1st; $350 after March 1st. Includes admission to all business sessions and featured speakers, educational sessions, receptions, food functions, opening and closing parties and eligibility to participate in the sporting events (there is an additional fee to play golf.)
NASMD Social-Only Registration Package:
$250 per person (U.S. funds) through March 1st; $275 after March 1st. This fee includes admission to all receptions, food functions, opening and closing parties and eligibility to participate in the sporting events. Social registration will admit attendee to the opening and closing speaker sessions!
BOOK YOUR AIR TRAVEL EARLY! For transportation to and from the airport, the hotel suggests VIP taxi, 520-300-3000. The hotel also works closely with Starr Transportation, a town car/suburban service that provides flat rates as opposed to metered rates: 520-544-7895.

$169 per person includes green fees and cart, transportation and a sponsored lunch, and does not include club rental. This is an enjoyable event for men and women of all abilities. Co-ed teams consist of foursomes of varying skill levels, matched up by a draw. Some great prizes are made possible by NASMD associate members. You must be registered for the convention, either for the business or social package, to participate. Please complete the separate Player Statistics Form, one for each player.
