Evolution in the industry you’re excited about? As a small operation, we are concerned about online sales and big box stores where customer service and support is limited. When I sell a product, I become the representative of the customer to the manufacturer. We always look at ways to improve our customer relations and service.
Product of the Year? The Peterson Strobo Plus HD Tuner, which includes several presets for pedal steel guitar.
