Evolution in the industry you’re excited about? We’ve consolidated our Minneapolis/St Paul locations, remodeled St Cloud and relocated the Bozeman store. So, it’s been very busy. This is because our teams do great work! I’m constantly amazed with the people I get to work with every day. And our vendor relationships have never been stronger. We are truly partners with them. We continue to refine our core school music programs and marketing initiatives.
I’d like to see traction at the federal level for the Marketplace Fairness Act. Uniform collection of sales/use tax at the local level is a necessity if we are to provide the financial resources for our schools program.
Product of the Year? It’s so hard to pick just one. We represent the best of the best and this comprehensive excellence in product/vendor/brand is essential to serve our customers at the highest level. We strive to continue to earn the right to represent our exceptional vendor partners. Sorry, but I’m not going to list one, or even a few, as they all deserve to be acknowledged.
