Washburn has announced that it will be a Benefactor level sponsor of the Summer NAMM 2018 Top 100 “After Party” to celebrate the achievements of NAMM’s Top 100 Dealers and support the ongoing educational and outreach programs of the NAMM Foundation.
The after party will be held on Friday, June 29 in a private upstairs room at the Hard Rock Café in Nashville, and will feature music by Tom Claxton and friends. The party kicks off at 9 p.m.
“The NAMM Foundation provides supporting grants to more than 24 music education programs that include Little Kids Rock, VH1 Save the Music, and the Mr. Opus Foundation,” Washburn vice president and general manager Gil Soucy said. “The foundation also does a hundred other things each and every day to advocate for music education in our nation’s schools.”
“No one does more to ensure the future of our industry than the independent dealers who passionately promote music to consumers all across the country,” he added. “We’re proud to help salute the Top 100 Dealers at this year’s Summer NAMM.”
