The Music People, a division of Jam Industries USA, LLC, a leading supplier of musical accessories and pro-audio equipment and parent company of On-Stage and TMP-Pro, has announced the appointments of Stephen Kriksciun and Ana Dobrian as National Account Managers. As members of the sales team, Kriksciun and Dobrian will assist customers with gear selection, provide system design support and develop long-lasting relationships with the company’s MI, install, rental and production channels.
Before joining TMP, Kriksciun previously served as an Inside Sales Rep at Fender and, most recently, a Key Account Manager and KMC Music. His prior experience in music industry will help Kriksciun as he expands On-Stage’s footprint in his territory.

Dobrian joins TMP from MI online retailer American Musical Supply where she managed the pro-audio tech team as well as the returns facility for the more than five years.
“I’ve always had a passion for the music industry,” Dobrian said. “Music connects us to one another through one language, and as a bilingual, first-generation American, that’s how my love affair with music began. On-Stage has been a constant in my journey in that it has always been the product line that I’ve relied on to provide myself, my partners and venues with solid construction, design and reliability to get the job done. As a member of the TMP team, I’m now excited to provide the same for On-Stage dealers.”
