On Friday, July 19, at 3:30 p.m. at Summer NAMM, Alfred Music will host an interview with Patrick Nettesheim from the nonprofit organization Guitars for Vets. The chat will take place on the stage in the Yamaha booth (643) with Alfred’s own Ron Manus and Alex Ordoῇez from Alfred Music. Some recent local Nashville Guitars for Vets graduates will also be part of the interview.
The interview will discuss what’s going on with the partnerships between Alfred Music, Yamaha, and Guitars for Vets, and the recent collaboration book between Guitars for Vets and Alfred Music entitled Guitars for Vets: Official Songbook (Healing Through Music with 31 Easy Guitar Songs). Afterwards, some recent local Nashville graduates from the Nashville chapter of the program, with their instructors, will perform music from the Guitars for Vets: Official Songbook.
