All Pro Integrated Systems is pleased to announce the addition of two industry veterans to help lead the growth of the company.
Clint Aull has been named Installation Manager. He previously served as Production Manager and Front of House/Monitor Engineer for Bethel Music, one of the most influential worship ministries in the world.
“Clint’s background leading teams on global concert tours, audio engineering, and event production make him an exceptional fit for this role,” added Vice President of Sales Jon Giles. “He has an impressive resume that includes for King & Country, Hillsong Worship, and Bryan Adams.”

We will pursue acquiring the best talent for our team, and work to continually refine our processes to ensure every detail of our installation is flawless whether visible or not,” said Aull.
With a background in production management, Aull began his career with the Rock ‘N’ Roll Worship Circus, heading up various technical roles including FOH Engineer. He later moved on to manage production for several large-scale concert tours and theatres. From 2013 to 2018, Aull was Production Manager and FOH Engineer for Bethel Music where he oversaw the key production elements for the juggernaut, global worship ministry.
Aaron Ruse will fill the newly created position as Business Account Executive for All Pro Integrated Systems’ Midwest Sales Team, based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Ruse previously served as Technical Director at Saddleback Community Church in Lake Forest, CA (Rick Warren) and prior to that was Technical Director and FOH Engineer at Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois.
“Aaron comes to us with a rich industry experience in production and planning. His unique ability to build lasting relationships with his clients across a wide range of industry verticals will serve our organization well. Aaron will be key in guiding our business clients in the Midwest to the right solutions to move their initiatives forward, no matter the size of their project,” said Don Banowetz, president of All Pro Integrated Systems.
“This new role provides a remarkable opportunity to partner with customers across a diverse range of markets,” said Ruse. “I will focus on helping them strategically work through their organizational goals to optimize the solutions we design and install. I’m particularly excited to leverage All Pro Integrated Systems’ close relationship with Sweetwater to bring full, comprehensive solutions to our customers.”
Beyond Ruse’s extensive background supporting church production, he has spent nearly a decade working with several corporations, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry, to produce successful, high-end corporate events across the country. From event planning and production to client and artist coordination, Ruse has been involved in every aspect of planning, production, and execution.
Ruse is also an adjunct professor at Judson University in Elgin, Illinois, teaching live production and studio engineering courses. While working in the Chicago area, Ruse launched a successful recording studio, Arsenal Recording.
