Aria Lights, Inc. has announced a system for wirelessly controlling music stand lights from any lighting console while removing all cords from the stage.

The Aria Forte Orchestra, a new rechargeable high-brightness LED music stand light with an 8+ hour run-time, builds on the wildly popular Aria Forte music stand light used by professional musicians throughout North America, and includes a built-in 900MHz receiver and extra port for convenient bulk charging.

With an 8+ hour run time on full brightness and an amazing 36+ hours on half-brightness, the Aria Forte Orchestra allows venues to hold multiple rehearsals and concerts on a single charge. Rapid charging provides quick turnaround between events.  A built-in full-range dimmer allows musicians to manually adjust the light level as needed when no lighting console is available.  The light can be wall-powered for long-term use in studios or other fixed locations.  Battery life is easily checked with a built-in charge indicator. The housing has the same tough powder-coated aluminum surface other Aria lights use.

The 900MHz Forte DMX Transmitter connects to the venue’s lighting system and converts the DMX signals to radio. The palm-sized transmitter can be placed anywhere on the stage including lighting battens, the pit, or the podium. Lights can be dimmed from the lighting console simultaneously, or separately, in up to 8 groups, such as winds and strings.  Using only USB power, it can also function entirely off-grid as a manual controller.

“Musician safety has become even more important as instruments have risen in value. With the Aria Forte Orchestra lights, organizations can increase safety on stage, decrease set-up and tear-down time, and have a clean stage that allows patrons to focus on the performance. It’s a ‘win’ for everyone,” said owner Peter Hildebrandt. “The Aria Forte quickly became our best-seller among freelancers due to its high-intensity light, long run-time, and incredible durability.  With the addition of wireless DMX control, organizations can now give their musicians the same great light they have been asking for and show videos or do blackouts.”

The Aria Forte Orchestra (model F2O) and Forte DMX Transmitter (model FDMX1) are designed and assembled in USA.  Both include a USB charger, 9-foot cord, and a one-year warranty.  Visit www.arialights.com for more information.
