For the past 17 years, Spittle has held a long-standing touring position with multi-platinum selling Country icon Trace Adkins, delivering powerful performances night after night on stages across the world. His stylistic range spans Blues, Country, Groove Metal, Pop, Progressive Metal, R&B, and Rock — a testament to both his adaptability and deep musicality.

Spittle began his drumming career in Southern California, playing in bands and recording sessions from the age of 15. After relocating to Nashville in 1997, he quickly became an in-demand player, touring and recording with artists including Sara Evans, Aaron Tippin, Chris Cagle, Kellie Coffey, Matt King, Paul Brandt, and many more.
Beyond the road, Spittle is a prolific session drummer. From his Nashville studio, he records drums on more than 100 songs annually for producers and artists around the globe, solidifying his reputation as one of Music City’s most reliable and expressive players.
His extensive television credits include appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, The Today Show, the ACM Awards, CMT Awards, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Grand Ole Opry Live, NBC’s Country Christmas, Craig Ferguson Show, NYC New Year’s Eve Bash, Emeril Live, Miss America USA, and many others.
