Excelcia Music Publishing and its related companies and brands are excited to announce an exclusive publishing agreement with prominent Concert Band and Orchestra composer William Owens. The newest member of a roster of twelve exclusive composers, William Owens is also an esteemed music educator and clinician who considers both the needs of the modern band and classroom, and the enjoyment of students and audiences when crafting his music.

“William Owens is undoubtedly one of the top composers of band music today, whose works resonate with musicians and audiences alike,” says Larry Clark, President Excelcia Music Publishing. “As an exceptional music educator, clinician, and conductor, he has inspired countless students and professionals through his music, his dedication and expertise. He is a well-respected and genuine person, making him a cherished figure in the music community. We are delighted to welcome him to the growing list of outstanding exclusive composers for Excelcia Music Publishing.”
