Excelcia Music Publishing and its related companies and brands are excited to announce an exclusive publishing agreement with prominent Concert Band and Orchestra composer William Owens. The newest member of a roster of twelve exclusive composers, William Owens is also an esteemed music educator and clinician who considers both the needs of the modern band and classroom, and the enjoyment of students and audiences when crafting his music.
