This new resource will provide authorized music retailers with secure access to a dedicated web portal where they can view stock, place orders, and manage the details of their account as an authorized Buffet Crampon USA dealer. This includes viewing the status of existing orders, checking stock on hand, access to B-stock inventory, reviewing invoices and shipping details, and much more. All Buffet Crampon Group instruments from 12 historic brands are available through the platform. The integration of parts and accessories is also in progress and will be available in late 2022. The Buffet Crampon USA B2B platform will “go live” in May 2022. Authorized dealers will be sent their secure login information to begin utilizing this service immediately.
