Buffet Crampon USA, North American distributor of Buffet Crampon Group student, intermediate and professional woodwind and brass instruments, is pleased to announce the following changes and additions in staffing.
Effective June 1, 2022, Monique Collins has been promoted to the position of Financial Controller of Buffet Crampon USA. Monique has been with BCUSA since 2007 serving as Credit and Collections Specialist and will replace Steve Miller, who will retire after 16+ years in this position. She has prior experience with Bank of America, Aetna Insurance, Wells Fargo, and MPS Group. When asked about her role at BCUSA, Monique comments “What I have enjoyed most about working at BCUSA is developing relationships with our dealers. That is what I look forward to in my new role. After the hard work at the end of the day, the reward is the opportunity to connect at a higher level while creating more life-long relationships.”
Following this change, Ami Seaton has been promoted to the Credit and Collections Specialist effective June 1, 2022. Ami has been the Accounts Payable Specialist with BCUSA since 2008.
To complete the new BCUSA finance team, Marivel Lavoy Miguel has accepted the new position of Purchasing Specialist/Accounting Clerk. Marivel has been with BCUSA since 2015 serving as Customer Service/Sales & Marketing Assistant and looks forward to the challenges of her new position in the company.

Congratulations as well to Ami and Marivel who will be instrumental in Monique’s success.”
BCUSA is also pleased to announce the addition of Rory Mazzela to the sales team as West Coast Division Manager, effective June 1, 2022. Rory joins BCUSA after 20+ years in the music industry with experience as a product specialist and in artist relations. Rory is also a Los Angeles based multi-instrumentalist specializing in woodwinds. He has been a regular performer on-screen and in the studio for popular television shows performed with many artists including The Hollywood Bowl Orchestra and The Los Angeles Philharmonic. Rory’s territory will include the following states (CA, WA, OR, AZ, ID, NV, AK, HI)
Alex Marino will join the Buffet Crampon USA team on June 20, 2022, as Brass Product Assistant/Inside Sales and will be based at BCUSA headquarters in Jacksonville, FL. Prior to joining BCUSA, Alex served as the store manager for one of the largest instrument rental music store affiliates in the US, where he supervised instrument quality control, inventory management, and general sales. Alex has accumulated expertise and industry-specific knowledge regarding band and orchestra products, ranging from school and student needs to professional set-ups. Alex will serve the following states as Inside Sales (TN, AL, MS, MT, WY, CO, UT, NM).
Francois Kloc continues, “It is a real pleasure to have Rory joint our sales team. I have known Rory for many years and am looking forward seeing him bring the West Coast territory to another level for BCUSA. I would also like to welcome Alex to Jacksonville, and I am looking forward seeing him grow and join the BCUSA Jax team.”
