This new Catala student classical guitar is designed to allow any student to afford a Spanish-inspired nylon-string guitar with a properly proportioned neck and low, easy action. The body is of select birch and the slim, fast neck is of solid mahogany. The bridge and fingerboard are of stained-hardwood and the top is delicately braced with a true Spanish fan-bracing pattern that ensures the optimum tone and volume.
