The West Herr Riviera Theatre is a historic 1,100-seat live music and entertainment venue located in North Tonawanda, just north of Buffalo, NY. The “Riv”, as it is known, brings in over 120 events a year including artists such as Lindsey Buckingham, Ted Nugent, Wayne Newton, Frankie Avalon, The Beach Boys, John Waite, and Taylor Dayne to name a few. The theatre is also known for its Friday Night Tribute Series, featuring nationally performing tribute artists who bring patrons high-quality entertainment at affordable prices.
The theatre recently completed a 7,000 square foot state-of-the-art lobby expansion which features an expansive bar and concessions area, ADA-compliant restrooms, an outdoor patio, a box office and new staff offices. The expansion marks a new era for the cherished venue, with improved amenities for its patrons. While these improvements primarily focused on amenities for patrons in its outer areas, the inside of the theater – on stage – also got an upgrade in the form of Heil Sound microphones. A full complement of Heil Sound mics, including the new RC 37 wireless capsules, will join the existing Yamaha/RCF main sound system.
