D’Addario has partnered with AFROPUNK for this year’s Brooklyn Battle of the Bands.
The company will be supplying strings and gear to finalists, semi-finalists, and the grand prize winner. Prize packages will also include NYXL strings, D’Addario Accessories, and custom Evans drumheads. In addition, D’Addario staff will participate as judges of the contest.

The D’Addario Brooklyn Battle of the Bands will take place from July 26 to 29 at the Knitting Factory, and the final round will be held on August 11. The winner will have the chance to play at the AfroPunk Festival on August 26-27.
