In a strategic move to amplify its presence and impact in the Latin American market, Exertis|JAM (JAM), is excited to announce a significant expansion of its business activities in the region. This expansion represents a collaborative effort across the company’s three major U.S. divisions: KMC Music, The Music People, and American Music and Sound, aiming to deliver more focused and impactful solutions to the Latin American market. As part of this initiative, JAM is thrilled to welcome Germán Baratto as the new Latin America Sales Manager, marking a pivotal step in this new direction.

Germán Baratto, with his remarkable near three-decade tenure in the music industry, is set to play a crucial role in this strategic expansion. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Colombia, Germán Baratto’s journey in music began as a versatile freelance musician and a dedicated music educator. Throughout his career, Germán has held various pivotal roles, including Percussion Director at Oakland High School, Percussion Adjunct Faculty at MTSU, and Marketing, Artists Relations Manager and Sales Manager for Latin America at the Meinl Company where his strategic vision and market insights significantly impacted the company’s success in the Latin American region.

The new collaborative JAM Latin American operation will manage sales, marketing, and partner relations for esteemed global brands, including On-Stage, Washburn Guitars, SE Electronics, Rhythm Tech Percussion, and Bass Boss Pro Sound Loudspeakers. This initiative underscores JAM’s dedication to innovating and adapting to meet the needs of its Latin American clients and partners. By pooling the strengths and resources of its diverse divisions, JAM is poised to enhance its service offerings and solidify its presence in the region, promising an era of growth and strengthened relationships in Latin America.
