As part of this initiative, JAM is thrilled to welcome Germán Baratto as the new Latin America Sales Manager, marking a pivotal step in this new direction.
Germán Baratto, with his remarkable near three-decade tenure in the music industry, is set to play a crucial role in this strategic expansion. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Colombia, Germán Baratto’s journey in music began as a versatile freelance musician and a dedicated music educator. Throughout his career, Germán has held various pivotal roles, including Percussion Director at Oakland High School, Percussion Adjunct Faculty at MTSU, and Marketing, Artists Relations Manager and Sales Manager for Latin America at the Meinl Company where his strategic vision and market insights significantly impacted the company’s success in the Latin American region.
