Harwood Appointed Vice President of Operations, Zoom North America

Zoom North America is proud to announce the promotion of Colleen Harwood to Vice President of Operations.

Colleen graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Sound Recording Technology and a minor in Mathematics. She joined Zoom North America in April 2013, as its third associate. Colleen initially worked in the customer service division. Her responsibilities grew quickly to include purchasing, oversight of the warehouse/shipping operations, and assisting the CFO in preparing financial reporting.

In 2016, Colleen was promoted to Operations/Product Planning Manager. As VP of Operations she will assist in all ZNA legal matters, IT, and various other duties including oversight of the facility, personnel and inventory.
