GHS Strings has added to its Artist Curated Series of Ukulele Strings with the Andrew Molina Signature Set.
Molina is an up and coming ukulele virtuosos named in 2016, by Ukulele Magazine as one of five artists to watch. His recent Ukulele compositions have been used in promotional videos for Ocean Vodka and Hawaiian Airlines and selected for a soon to be released movie track. Mentored by the internationally renowned Jake Shimabukuro, he blends the traditional music of Hawaii with pop, rock, latin and jazz.
The latest set of strings have been handpicked by Molina and are suitable for tenor ukuleles. Molina chose fluorocarbon strings for their bright, punchy tone and stiff feel, which makes them ideally suited for physical strumming. These strings are now available at an MSRP $10.79.
