Guitar Center associates and executives gather for the ribbon cutting to celebrate GC’s 300th store opening in Naples, FL, on Thursday, January 26, 2023

Guitar Center celebrates the opening of its 300th retail location – a significant milestone that underscores the company’s ongoing growth while emphasizing the core value of helping as many people make music as possible. This 300th store is a 14,990-square-foot facility in Naples, Florida (13585 Tamiami Trail North, Unit 8, Naples, FL 34110). The store offers an expansive set of services and gear to serve the music needs of the Naples community. The grand opening took place on Thursday, January 26, 2023. The opening of the Naples store marks Guitar Center’s first store grand opening in 2023 and represents part of the company’s long-term growth strategy. 

“The opening of Guitar Center’s 300th store in Naples exemplifies the company’s ongoing plans for growth and long-term expansion while assuring musicians throughout the country that they will get the greatest selection of musical instruments, musician services and professional audio products at the best possible prices with experienced and knowledgeable sales Associates to help them achieve their goals,” said Wayne Colwell, Executive Vice President of Store Operations at Guitar Center. 
The newly opened Naples store features modern showrooms equipped with the latest products for musicians — from guitars, amplifiers, percussion instruments and keyboards to live sound, DJ, lighting and recording equipment. In-store services include: 
  • Guitar Center Lessons, a convenient and affordable music education experience for players of all ages and skill levels, offering students the opportunity to learn to play the music they love
  • Guitar Center Repairs, an on-site maintenance and repairs service
  • Guitar Center Rentals, providing easy rentals of instruments and other gear
  • Hands-on electronic music experience, where shoppers can try their hand at modern DJ techniques using the latest gear 
Naples shoppers are also able to enjoy Guitar Center’s multi-channel “endless aisle,” which gives customers the ability to combine in-store, online and phone options to purchase music equipment from anywhere. 
Guitar Center Naples, FL store and studio hours:
Monday – Saturday                  10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Sunday                                     11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Additionally, The Guitar Center Music Foundation, (GCMF), a non-profit organization focused on granting musical instruments and equipment to music education and music therapy programs, has committed to donating  $10,000 of instruments to various school music programs and non-profits based in the Naples, FL community who apply for  grants in 2023.
