Alvarez has extended its international distribution network, teaming up with High Tech Distribution in France.
“We are really happy to partner with such a great company as High Tech,” said Chris Meikle, head of development at Alvarez and senior vice president of St. Louis Music. “Patrice and his team know the guitar business as well as anyone and we look forward to sharing our knowledge and building Alvarez in France even further.”
Based in Grigny, Esonne, the High Tech Distribution was founded in the 1980s by Patrice Vigier, eponymous creator of the Vigier guitar brand.
He added: “Chris has worked really hard to make Alvarez one of the most comprehensive and quality guitar lines in the world. We know our customers will appreciate all they have to offer, from an excellent range of shapes and woods, to the superior quality and player experience.”
Alvarez is now sold in 35 countries around the world by 20 exclusive distributors.
