New for 2025, Ibanez introduces two new models to its AE Performer Deluxe Series, combining exceptional playability, stunning looks, and an affordable price point.
The AE170 seamlessly blends traditional and modern design elements. Its Solid Spruce top with a natural finish pairs beautifully with a Flamed Maple back and sides adorned in a striking Transparent Red high-gloss finish. Other notable features include a Thermo-Aged Ovangkol fretboard with acrylic block inlays, X-M Bracing, the A.I.R. Port acoustic monitoring system, and Ibanez on-board electronics.
The AE160 offers a more traditional aesthetic with a Vintage Mahogany Sunburst finish applied to the Solid Sitka Spruce top and Ovangkol back and sides. Like the AE170, it features a Thermo-Aged Ovangkol fretboard with acrylic block inlays, X-M Bracing, the A.I.R. Port acoustic monitoring system, and Ibanez on-board electronics.
