JHS has added to its line-up of license-branded instruments with the launch of a new range featuring two iconic music venues – Liverpool’s Cavern Club and London’s Marquee.
The range features Cavern Club Ukulele Outfits and Marquee Club Electric Guitars.
The Cavern Club Ukulele outfits come in three different artwork designs – The Wall (CVUK1), featuring the names of the many bands that have played the venue which has been synonymous with The Beatles and the Mersey Beat over seven decades; Fab Faces (CVUK2), adorned by close-up illustrations of John, Paul, George and Ringo of the aforementioned Beatles band, and the simply named Cavern (CVUK3) which shows iconic internal scenes and historic bill posters from the venue.
Priced at a UK RRP of £32.99, the ukulele outfits come with a carry bag, plectrum and pitch pipes for tuning and are supplied in eye-catching outer packaging.
Also available in three designs, the Marquee Club Electric Guitars are available in three different designs – the MarqueeAxis Electric Guitar (MQG6 £119 UK RRP) has a double-cutaway style body with three single coil pickups, a bolt-on left-handed maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, diecast chrome machine heads and traditional fulcrum vibrato; the Marquee Heaven Electric Guitar (MQG99 £149 UK RRP) has a solid single cutaway style body with a set-in maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, two high output double-coil pickups, die cast chrome machine heads and stop bar tail piece with adjustable tune-o-matic bridge.
Lastly, the Marquee Salute Electric Guitar (MQG69 £149 UK RRP) has a double-cutaway style body with a maple set neck and twin double-coil pickups.
