This summer Sound Technology is offering UK dealers a free EBS Octabass Studio Edition pedal with every purchase of an EBS Reidmar with Classic Line 1×12 cabinet.
The promotion is running from 1 July – 30th September 2015.
EBS’ Reidmar is the first light-weight bass head from EBS Professional Bass Equipment. The Reidmar offers EBS’s analogue preamp techniques combined with a Class-D power amp.
The OctaBass Studio Edition pedal is an analogue octave divider which creates a single note, one octave below the pitch of the played note. The effect was introduced in 1992, and has been used by bassists like Tony Levin, Roger Glover, Marcus Miller and Tal Wilkenfeld. The 2015 Studio Edition comes with optimised signal path, new design, new signal relay switching technique, protection against over voltage use up to 18V and the possibility to power the pedal with anything from 9-12V DC.
