Allen & Heath has promoted erstwhile R&D director Rob Clark to the role of managing director.
He takes over from the longserving Glenn Rogers, who will remain as a director of the Audiotonix group, focusing on identifying market opportunities and helping to specify new products.
Clark joined Allen & Heath as a digital R&D engineer in 1993 and has played a key role in the development of the company’s digital mixers, becoming R&D Director in 2008.
“It’s an honour to take on this new challenge. Glenn has been a trusted friend and mentor for more than 20 years, and I know we can rely on his wise counsel in the future,” said Clark. “It’s a fantastic time to move into this role; the product range has never been stronger, we’re blessed with an amazingly talented team, and we have the collective expertise of the Audiotonix group to draw upon. Together we will continue to grow the business with the passion and innovation that Glenn has always personified.”
Rogers added: “Rob has a wealth of experience and the best team in the business behind him, so I know that Allen & Heath will continue to go from strength to strength under his leadership.
